Meet the artisan

Mark Raynor

I am a classically trained chef with over 26 years experience cooking in a variety of exclusive hotels, leading restaurants and finally for the Royal Navy where i have had the distinct honour of serving high ranking military officials along with domestic and foreign heads of state.

I've always favoured working in the dessert section and I have taken the plunge into Artisan Chocolates.
I started working on them in my own kitchen, experimenting on friends and family and found I could mix flavours and combinations to really test their taste buds. I create the chocolates as eye-catching as possible and link colours to stimulate
the mind and mouth.

I have completed the Barry Callebaut small business and Chocolatier course which enhanced my skills.

In Sept 2020 I have been awarded a Great Taste 2020 award for my Peppermint Fondant and Old English Chewy Toffee

It takes time, precision and patience to make these chocolates and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
